What are your future tasks?
The answer? Quite a few exciting things!
- As part of our international recruiting team, you take care of the recruitment of new employees and place them with our customers. Your language skills are particularly important here, as correspondence takes place in German, Polish and English.
- Your task is also to manage the applicants in our recruitment system and to create employee profiles for our customers, which requires close cooperation with the B2B team.
- After a successful employee search, you will prepare the employee contracts and can pat yourself on the back for a successful recruiting process.

What you should bring along
What makes you a recruiting star in #teamyellow?
- You have a university degree with a focus on personnel management or comparable training
- You have already gained some experience in recruiting and ideally in the personnel services industry.
- You are a language talent and speak the following languages fluently: German, English and Polish
- You have good knowledge of the common office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Your appearance is self-confident, professional, and appreciative. Reliability and motivation make you a trustworthy employee and contact person for our applicants.
